Small-batch trials can start from around 50 pieces per style, depending on the style, fabric and workmanship; bulk quantities are agreed separately. Scale up only what sells — no stock piling on styles that haven't been proven.

The first sample takes about 3–5 days; bulk production takes about 10–20 days, depending on style complexity and quantity. The bulk schedule is locked in once the sample is approved — during peak season we recommend booking your slot early.

We focus on womenswear fashion: suits, trousers, dresses, skirts and tops in knits and wovens, plus abayas (Middle-Eastern robes). We also handle full seasonal ranges for brand clients.

Yes. Development and sampling can be commissioned separately from bulk production. Most clients start with a small trial order to test the market, then scale up.

Yes — our own factory, under Guangzhou Liuyu Garment Co., Ltd. We have a pattern-making and production team of 80+, insist on one pattern per production run, and control everything in-house from first pattern to final pressing.

We serve clients in China as well as Australia, Norway, Israel and the Middle East, and are familiar with export order communication and shipping requirements. We work in English and Chinese.

First samples are quoted individually by the complexity of the style — usually a few hundred yuan per style — and pattern-making begins once the quote is confirmed. When a bulk order is confirmed, the sampling fee can be credited against the invoice at an agreed percentage, stated on the quotation.

Either way works: you can send us your specified fabric, or we can source it to your hand-feel, composition and budget (we have solid resources in Guangzhou and the surrounding fabric markets). Sourcing lists are transparent and open to review, and we are glad to send swatches for approval before the bulk fabric order is placed.

The bulk schedule is locked once the sample is approved, with fabric arrival, cutting, finishing and QC reported as they happen. If a delay is caused by the factory, we bear the agreed liability under the contract. Over more than a decade we have built our reputation on on-time delivery — book peak-season slots early.

The signed pre-production sample (PP sample) is the standard: cutting begins only after the first piece is approved, and fabric, trims and workmanship all follow the approved sample. Before shipment you are welcome to inspect on site, or appoint a third-party inspection company.

Report them within 48 hours of shipment. Where the fault is confirmed as a workmanship issue on our side, we remake the pieces free of charge or compensate by the defective ratio, with the remedy written into the contract — after-sales is a contract, not a favour.

We can sign an NDA. The samples, drawings and technical documents you provide are used only for producing your order — never copied for a third party, never disclosed, and never sold on.

Domestic orders are settled by RMB bank transfer; export orders usually by T/T (30% deposit with the balance before shipment is a common rhythm, negotiable with the depth of the partnership). The quotation and contract govern in each case.

We support EXW, FOB and other Incoterms, and can arrange customs clearance and freight forwarding; clients in and around Guangzhou can deliver into our warehouse. Sea and air freight options can be discussed when you place the order.

Yes. Hangtags, care labels, woven labels, polybags and outer cartons can all be customised to your brand's VI at a low minimum. Simply supply the artwork when you order, and the cost is included in the quotation.
