Tailored jackets and two-piece suits in woven cloth — wool blends, polyester-viscose, tweed and technical wovens, lined or half-lined.
Trousers
Wide-leg, straight, tapered and pleated trousers, with the waistband, pocketing and finishing your design calls for.

Day dresses through to occasion pieces — midi and maxi, lined or unlined, in woven and knit constructions.
Skirts
A-line, pencil, pleated and bias-cut skirts with the waistband, lining, vent and closure you specify.

Woven blouses and shirts, plus knit tops — jersey, rib and pointelle — in the yarns and weights you approve.

Send a sketch, tech pack, mood board or a reference garment. We come back with pattern-making and a sample quote; for a straightforward style a paper pattern can be ready in as fast as an hour, with a 3D on-body effect video alongside.
Sample approval
The pre-production sample is the standard everything is measured against. Revise until it is right — sampling can be commissioned on its own if you are not ready for bulk.
Bulk production
Cutting starts only after the first piece is approved. Fabric, trims and workmanship follow the approved sample, and one pattern is used per production run.
Inspection & shipping
In-line and final inspection, pressing and packing with your labels. Inspect on site, or appoint a third-party inspection company before shipment.
An in-house factory, not a trading desk
WHAT YOU CAN RELY ONEverything happens on our own floor under Guangzhou Liuyu Garment Co., Ltd.: pattern room, cutting, sewing, finishing, pressing and packing. Nothing is subcontracted out of sight, and the person who answers your email can walk to the line and check your order.
We insist on one pattern per production run — the pattern is not re-drawn between sizes and neither is the fit. A signed pre-production sample governs the run.
Over more than a decade we have served 307 clients in 59 countries, with steady business in Australia, Norway, Israel, the Middle East and China. We work in English and Chinese, and support EXW and FOB.
Your designs stay yours. We sign NDAs, use your drawings only to produce your order, and never copy or resell your styles.
Questions buyers ask before ordering
FAQWhat is your minimum order quantity?
A small-batch trial can start from around 50 pieces per style, depending on the style, fabric and workmanship; bulk quantities are agreed separately. Many clients start small to test the market and then scale up only the styles that sell.
Can you make a sample before I commit to bulk production?
Yes. Development and sampling can be commissioned on their own. First samples are quoted per style by complexity — usually a few hundred yuan — and when a bulk order follows, the sampling fee can be credited against the invoice at a percentage agreed on the quotation.
What product categories do you produce?
Womenswear: suits and blazers, trousers, dresses, skirts and tops, in both knits and wovens. We also produce abayas for Middle-Eastern clients, and handle full seasonal ranges for brand clients.
Is this your own factory?
Yes — our own factory in Guangzhou, operated by Guangzhou Liuyu Garment Co., Ltd., with a pattern-making and production team of more than 80 people. Factory visits are welcome; please book one day ahead.
Who supplies the fabric?
Either route works: you can send us your specified fabric, or we source it to your hand-feel, composition and budget from Guangzhou and the surrounding fabric markets. Sourcing lists are transparent and open to review, and swatches are approved before the bulk fabric order is placed.

Who makes clothes for clothing brands?
Most brands do not own a factory. They develop the collection and then place production with contract manufacturers — that is the role we play. We produce womenswear under brand clients' own labels, from their tech packs or from a reference garment, and keep the pattern and materials confidential under NDA.
Where do I get clothes manufactured for my brand?
The practical route is: settle the style and fabric, have one sample made and wear-tested, approve it, then place bulk. Send a sketch, a tech pack or a reference garment and we come back with a sample and a quotation. Sampling can be commissioned on its own before any bulk order, so you can validate the market first.
Can you supply wholesale quantities to resellers as well as brand clients?
Yes. We work with brand clients and with resellers — boutique owners and online sellers who need repeatable supply in wholesale quantities without carrying stock risk. Orders start from about 50 pieces per style, and proven styles can be reordered in depth.
Why is Guangzhou good for womenswear manufacturing?
Guangzhou has dense fabric and trim markets, a deep pool of pattern makers and sewing operators, and mature export logistics through Guangdong ports. That combination is why we can source fabric, sample and ship a season from one place — and why cost per piece stays workable at small quantities.
