What we control on a tailored jacket
FOR TAILORING-HEAVY STYLESPattern & fit
Shoulder slope, armhole height, waist suppression and sleeve pitch are set in the pattern and confirmed on the body. One pattern per run keeps the fit consistent across sizes.
Interfacing & lining
Front fusing, shoulder build, sleeve heads and full or half linings — specified with you and locked in the approved sample.
Finishing & pressing
Lapel roll, topstitching, buttonholes and edge stitching. On tailoring, pressing is half the look, and it is done on our own floor.
The tailoring side of the range
STYLESSingle-breasted and double-breasted blazers, boyfriend and oversized shapes, cropped jackets, waistcoat-and-jacket sets, and two-piece suits with matching trousers or skirts.
Fabrics follow your spec or our sourcing: wool blends, polyester-viscose with elastane, tweed and bouclé, technical and stretch wovens. Swatches are approved before the bulk fabric order.
Sizes and measurement charts are built to your market. A chart for a European fit and a chart for the Middle East are not the same garment, and we grade to the one you sell in.

A first sample is made and fitted; we revise shoulder, waist and length until it is right.

QC
In-line and final inspection, pressing on form, packing with your labels; third-party inspection welcome.
Questions buyers ask before ordering
FAQHow do you keep blazer sizing consistent across an order?
One pattern is used per production run and the cutting follows it, so a size M is the same M across the order. Size sets and measurement charts are built to the market you sell in and approved before cutting.
Can you make a jacket without a lining?
Yes. Fully lined, half-lined and unlined constructions are all produced; the choice is fixed in the approved sample along with the interfacing and shoulder build.
What fabric should I choose for summer tailoring?
Lightweight wovens — cotton-linen blends, viscose-rich cloths and stretch technical fabrics — with a lighter interfacing and a half lining. We can send swatch options against your target price.
Do you make the trousers to match a jacket?
Yes. Matching trousers and skirts are cut from the same fabric lot as the jacket so the colour and hand match across the set.
What is the smallest tailoring run?
A trial run can start from around 50 pieces per style depending on construction and fabric. Sampling-only orders are also possible if you want to validate the fit first.
What is the difference between a blazer and a tailored jacket in production?
In practice they differ in construction: a blazer usually takes a softer build with patch or flap pockets, a tailored jacket a firmer front and more structured shoulder. Both are set in the pattern and the approved sample.
Do you produce women's blazers and suits in bulk for wholesale?
Yes. Blazers, tailored jackets and two-piece suits are produced in bulk from about 50 pieces per style, with linings, fusibles and trims sourced to your spec — for brand clients and for resellers who need repeatable supply.
