WORKING WITH A FACTORY ABROADIf you travel to Guangzhou we are glad to host a factory visit — please give us a day’s notice so your styles can be on the line. Clients in and around the city can also deliver fabric into our warehouse.
If you cannot travel, you are welcome to appoint a third-party inspection company, or follow the order through photos and video at each stage: cutting, assembly, finishing, pressing and packing.
We support EXW and FOB and can arrange customs clearance and freight forwarding by sea or air. The schedule is locked once the sample is approved and reported stage by stage, so you always know where your goods are.

In Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, operated by Guangzhou Liuyu Garment Co., Ltd. We share the full address and a map pin once a visit is confirmed; factory visits are welcome with one day’s notice.
Can you source fabric locally for us?
Yes. We have solid resources in Guangzhou and the surrounding fabric markets and can source to your hand-feel, composition and budget — or work with fabric you supply. Sourcing lists are open to review, and swatches are approved before the bulk fabric order.
Is Guangzhou more expensive than inland factories?
Rates depend on style, quantity, fabric and finishing rather than on the city alone. What you get here is speed on sampling and fabric: fewer dead weeks at the start of a season often costs less overall than a lower unit price with a slipped delivery.
Can I send my own fabric to your factory?
Yes. Clients in and around Guangzhou routinely deliver fabric into our warehouse, and for overseas fabric we coordinate delivery and inspection with your supplier.
Do you handle export documentation and shipping?
We support EXW, FOB and other Incoterms, and can arrange customs clearance and freight forwarding. Sea and air options are discussed when you place the order.
Do you only work through agents?
No — we work directly with brands, wholesalers and retailers, and you can talk to the factory directly in English or Chinese. We are equally happy to work through your agent or sourcing office if you prefer.
