Women's Trousers Manufacturer
Trousers are a fitting problem before they are a sewing problem. Rise, crotch curve and waistband decide whether the pair sells — so we settle those in the pattern, then repeat them exactly.
- Rise & fithigh, mid and low rise, graded to your measurement chart
- Pocketingslant, welt, patch, cargo and belt-loop details to spec
- ~50 pcsper style for a first trial run
- One patternper production run — no drift between sizes

The three measurements that make or break a trouser
FIT CONTROLRise. Where the waistband sits decides the whole proportion of the garment. It is fixed in the pattern and confirmed on the sample, not adjusted on the line.
Crotch curve. The difference between a trouser that walks well and one that pulls. Curves are built per size and graded, rather than scaled blindly.
Waistband and pocketing. Straight or curved waistbands, elasticated backs, belt loops, and the pocket style you want — all locked in the approved sample together with the finish of the topstitch.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
FAQCan you replicate a trouser fit we already sell?
Yes. Send a production sample or a graded spec and we pattern from it, matching rise, crotch curve and leg line before making our first sample.
Do you work with stretch fabrics?
Yes — elastane and mechanical-stretch wovens are common in our trouser work. Stretch direction and recovery are confirmed on the sample, because they change how the pattern behaves.
Can trousers be made to match a blazer?
Yes. Suit trousers are cut from the same fabric lot as the jacket so colour and hand match across the set.
Do you do cargo and utility detailing?
Yes — cargo pockets, flaps, D-rings, contrast stitching and hardware can all be specified, and every detail is fixed in the approved sample.
What is the smallest trouser order?
A trial run can start from around 50 pieces per style depending on fabric and detailing; sampling-only orders are also possible.
How do you control shrinkage?
Fabric is confirmed with shrinkage figures before cutting and patterns are allowed for it. For wash treatments, the garment is measured after processing rather than before.
Can you produce plus-size and tall trousers?
Yes. We grade trousers from your size chart, including plus and tall grades, and adjust rise, waist and inseam per grade so the fit holds across the range rather than only at the middle size.
